The book is both written and illustrated as an expression of praise for God and explores the significance of a faith that encompasses our whole person—heart, mind, and soul. It consists of a series of 13 essays that:
- Discuss the ongoing conflict between atheism, which is built on a crumbling foundation, and theism.
- Provide a pictorial representation and descriptive imagery of creation that reveals the power and magnificence of God.
- Acknowledge the authority, harmony, and reliability of Scripture, with Jesus as its central focus.
- Describe what it means to be human, as beings created in the image of God.
- Praise the nature, attributes, and redemptive work of God.
- Highlight the distinction between simply knowing that God exists and truly knowing God through an intimate and growing personal relationship.
